Acceptable Use Policy
Consumer Dividends Holding Corp
Effective date: June 14, 2026
This policy describes what you may and may not do with our products. It applies to consumerdividends.com and every product operated by Consumer Dividends Holding Corp ("CDHC"), including Numidian and ListingPro. By using our products you agree to this policy.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
1. General rules
Use our products only for lawful business purposes. Do not use them to:
- Break any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or designed to intimidate.
- Discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age, disability, familial status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
2. Product-specific rules
Numidian
- Do not enter information about individual employees that you are not authorized to process under your role and applicable law.
- Do not represent Numidian outputs as legal advice. They are a structured risk inventory, not advice from a licensed attorney.
- Do not use Numidian to make, recommend, or materially influence employment decisions about specific individuals. Numidian assesses organizational and litigation exposure for advisors and managers. Decisions about employees remain with the employer.
- Do not enter sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the risk assessment. Avoid Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, financial account numbers, or health diagnoses unless they are essential to the assessment.
ListingPro
- Do not generate listing content that includes language indicating a preference for or against any protected class under the federal Fair Housing Act or your state and local fair housing laws. This includes phrases that target ideal occupants ("perfect for families", "great for young professionals"), reference religious institutions, or use proxy terms that have been flagged by HUD or your MLS.
- Do not represent ListingPro outputs as approved marketing copy. You and your broker are responsible for fair housing review before publication.
- Do not use ListingPro to alter or fabricate property details, square footage, condition, or features. The tool produces marketing copy from the information you provide. Inputting false information produces false outputs and creates liability for you.
- Comply with your MLS rules, your state real estate licensing rules, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics (Articles 2 and 12 in particular).
3. Technical rules
Do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt service through denial-of-service attacks, automated scraping, or excessive request rates.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our products.
- Use automated tools to access or extract data beyond what is exposed through documented interfaces.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products or outputs except as your tier expressly allows (Agency tier on Numidian permits multi-client use within a single firm).
4. Content rules
Do not submit content that:
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Includes another person's personal information without a lawful basis to share it with us.
- Includes classified, export-controlled, or trade-secret information you are not authorized to disclose.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, child exploitation, or other illegal activity.
5. Reporting violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy, email support@consumerdividends.com with details. We investigate every report we receive in good faith.
6. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate access to any user we reasonably believe is violating this policy. For material violations affecting safety, security, or the integrity of our systems, suspension is immediate.
We may report violations to law enforcement, affected third parties, or relevant regulators when required by law or warranted by the conduct.
